The first NEPSAC girls Class AAA playoff is here.
Seven of NEPSAC's premier basketball stalwarts will compete for the AAA title. The top seed receives a first-round bye and joins the action in the semifinals.
It all culminates in the final championship game of Super Sunday, 7:25 p.m. at Loomis Chaffee.
Here's a look at each team in the Class AAA playoff field.

1. Nobles (28-1)
Record against Class AAA field: 11-1
The Bulldogs will receive the first-round bye for this year's inaugural AAA postseason.
They're the two-time reigning AA champs and for all intents and purposes, they're defending their label as the best team in New England for a third consecutive season. Nobles boasts an all-but unstoppable offense that scored 60 or more points in 25 of 29 games this season — and 69 or more points in each of the last 13 contests. Their only loss came at Tabor (78-71) on Jan. 17, and they avenged it with a 71-44 drubbing Jan. 29.
Everything runs through the superstar Big Three: do-it-all forward Jasmyn Cooper (North Easton, Mass.), high-motor two-way forward Ashley Dinges (Haverhill, Mass.) and instant microwave scoring guard Christina Pham (South Boston, Mass.). But Nobles also has a few depth players emerging to bolster the defense, namely juniors Brynn Bryant (Dedham, Mass.) and Vanessa Ellis (Attleboro, Mass.) as well as freshman Aliyah Allston-Pujols (Randolph, Mass.). The rotation is not as deep as it has been in past years, but the star power and consistency remains unmatched.

2. Tabor (24-3)
Record against Class AAA field: 9-3
Our preseason No. 1 team remains firmly in the championship mix, and along with Nobles, is the only team yet to lose multiple times to one opponent.
Ava Black (Auburn, N.H.) has been sensational in her return from a PCL injury. The Vanderbilt commit is part of a group of confident senior stars, including Kentucky-bound senior Kaelyn Carroll (Dedham, Mass.), who scored 23 points in Tabor's win against Nobles. Olivia Rodrigues (Dennis Port, Mass.) spearheads the defense as a Providence commit.
Among the three frontrunners, Tabor might have the largest rotation with the most playmakers. That includes Colgate commit and 2026 guard Molly Corcoran (Medford, Mass.), all the way down to one of the early 2028 class leaders in Lily Davis (Waterford, Conn.). That depth should come in handy as the Seawolves face different opponent styles in the postseason.
3. Tilton (24-4)
Record against Class AAA field: 8-4
Tilton will be aiming for a possible rematch of last year's Class AA championship game against Nobles.
Behind the Bulldogs, the Rams are the hottest team entering the postseason. They went undefeated in February, including avenging wins against Tabor and Hoosac that split the respective head-to-head series. They beat every AAA opponent not named Nobles and also took down Class A powerhouse Loomis Chaffee. The success is rooted in an elite defense that allowed more than 50 points just once (a 74-58 win vs. New Hampton) in the entire month.
Colleen Phiri (Haverhill, Mass.) will find a way to impact every game as a scorer or rebounder. Bela Cucuta (Newington, Conn.) has found her footing as a sweet-shooting 2026 transfer guard. Behind them are a versatile cast of defenders led by Hannah Lynch (Nashua, N.H.), Lindsey Lemay (Barrington, R.I.) and Brooke Golden (Chester, N.H.). Tilton is capable of dragging any team into a defensive battle, and the offense has come a long way.
4. Hoosac (15-11)
Record against Class AAA field: 5-7
Hoosac's overall record might not look shiny, but most of its non-AAA losses came against out-of-region opponents. This is a team capable of causing bracket havoc, as shown by wins against every class opponent except Nobles and Tabor. Hoosac also played several top Class AA teams, beating Northfield Mount Hermon, Worcester Academy and Newman.
It starts with the electric backcourt of Carolina Williams and Anna Moser (Rutland, Vt.). Williams, a UNH commit, attacks and defense hard, and when she catches fire scoring, she can be a matchup nightmare. Moser has quickly emerged as one of the top 2027 prospects and thrives in a Hoosac offense that does a great job of using off-ball actions to free up scoring chances. Hoosac also has size on the wing and in the frontcourt, including forwards Uliana Doronina and Ava Mamone.
5. New Hampton (19-8)
Record against Class AAA field: 5-7
Like Hoosac, New Hampton has been up and down in class, but didn't lose a single game out of Class AAA. Along the way, the Huskies managed a split with Tabor, Hoosac and St. Andrew's, and also swept Dexter Southfield by a combined three points.
The star 2026 duo of Elyse Ngenda (Bedford, N.H.) and transfer Serenity Lancaster (New London, Conn.) has been as good as advertised. Ngenda has a developed a reputation as one of the most poised decision-makers in NEPSAC, and it feels like the shooting guard can get to her spots scoring whenever she wants. Lancaster can alter a game with her rim-protecting dominance and bursts of athletic scoring at her 6-foot-1 size. For New Hampton to advance in this bracket, they'll need surrounding contributors to also step up.
6. Dexter Southfield (13-15)
Record against Class AAA field: 3-9
It's been a challenging season of high and lows for a Dexter squad that has been bit hardest by the injury bug. But when healthy and focused, this team still has upside that allowed it to beat Hoosac, sweep St. Andrew's and take New Hampton down to the wire twice.
Izzy Adams (Walpole, Mass.) has taken notable steps forward in her development and confidence running point as a 2026 transfer. Dexter has wings who can defend and fill in the gaps, like Riley Hamilton (Lexington, Mass.) and Ella Andrews (Boxford, Mass.). And of course, they're led by 6-foot-4 freshman wing Ella Peper (Newton, Mass.), one of the most highly-touted prospects in New England.
7. St. Andrew's (12-13)
Record against Class AAA field: 1-11
St. Andrew's is a quality NEPSAC competitor, even if it has long odds in this bracket. The lone AAA win came Jan. 17 against New Hampton.
If there's an advantage St. Andrew's has on the field, it's size. Maddison Krug (North Kingstown, R.I.) and Molly Sisson (Rochester, Mass.) represent an imposing duo at 6-4 and 6-3, respectively. Fordham commit Maysen Hill (West Kingston, R.I.) sets the tone in the backcourt, and freshman guard Aaralyn Scott (Providence, R.I.) has emerged as a capable contributor, along with athletic 2027 wing Zoe Knight (Wakefield, R.I.).
