MIAA D1 boys basketball tournament 2026: Full schedule, bracket and results

Is this Central Catholic's time? Or will another team from a loaded Division 1 field go all the way? Either way, the 2026 MIAA Division 1 state tournament promises to be full of drama.

Central Catholic grabbed the No. 1 seed after an 18-3 regular season that included just one in-state loss. That defeat came in December at the hands of Andover, the No. 2 seed in the bracket. Needham and BC High round out the top four seeds in the division.

The better seed will host games through the quarterfinals. A state champion will be crowned the weekend of March 13-15 at the Tsongas Center in Lowell.
