The NEPSAC girls basketball season is flying by in a blur.
I feel like I was just catching my breath following the Nickerson Showcase — and that was a month ago! We're more than halfway through the calendar and rapidly closing in on the postseason. Then it's a snap of a week to Super Sunday at Nobles on March 8.
I've endeavored to round up my rapid thoughts on the season so far. What's panned out as I've expected, and what has surprised me? Who's in contention for our major year-end awards? And what do I still need to learn before we get to the playoffs?
Here's my macro view on the NEPSAC landscape as we shift to the second half of the season.
