The final 5 Stars of the Week for boys prep basketball this season certainly did not disappoint.
The list includes a performance that featured a game-winner from a freshman, a rare 50-point showing and several other milestones. In some ways, we saved the best for last.
Though there are still a few games left in the regular season, this will be our last batch of top performers as we shift into playoff coverage this weekend. The NEPSAC playoff brackets will come out on Sunday before the postseason begins next Wednesday; there will certainly be more big performances to cover in the near future.
Here’s our last 5 Stars of the Week, from games played Feb. 18-24.
Kyle Benjamin, St. Andrew’s
Class of 2025, 6-6 guard
Hometown: Braintree, Mass.
The uncommitted senior has had some big games for St. Andrew’s this winter, but none bigger than in last week’s 102-97 loss to Worcester Academy. Benjamin scored 52 points, along with 10 rebounds, as he went 19-for-24 from the field, including 7-for-10 from 3-point range. The performance broke Tremont Waters’ Sage Gymnasium single-game point record.
Enzo Boudouma, Tilton
Class of 2025, 6-8 forward
Hometown: Matr, Switzerland
Boudouma continued his sensational season with 36 points and 13 rebounds in a comeback victory over Phillips Exeter. Tilton trailed by 14 at halftime before Boudouma powered them back, and his driving layup with seconds left was the difference in a one-point victory. Boudouma still has just one scholarship offer from New Orleans.
Kyle Delves, Mount St. Charles
Class of 2028, 6-2 guard
Hometown: Providence, R.I.
Delves scored 18 points with five rebounds and six assists, capped with a go-ahead 3-pointer in the final minute that proved to be the game-winner in Mount St. Charles’ upset victory over St. George’s on Friday night. Mount’s first season in NEPSAC in Class AA has been full of growing pains – understandable with a roster of underclassmen – but first-year coach Joseph “Ladi” Odugbela’s group has seen promising results, none bigger than Friday’s win behind their star freshman’s heroics.
Lucas Morillo, Newman
Class of 2026, 6-7 guard
Hometown: Mount Vernon, N.Y.
Morillo picked up where he left off in his first game back after returning from the NBA’s Basketball Without Borders camp at All-Star weekend. The junior guard posted a near triple-double – 13 points, 17 rebounds and nine assists – in Newman’s win over Hoosac. The 17 rebounds (which included seven offensive) was one short of the program record set by Ryan Mela.

Quinn averaged 23.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game over three Tabor victories, including a 35-point performance in the Seawolves’ victory over BB&N.
