MIAA D4 girls basketball tournament 2026: Full schedule, bracket and results

With three-time champion Cathedral having departed for Division 3, the MIAA girls Division 4 throne was left unoccupied.

It only made sense that South Hadley, runner-up each of the last two years, would claim it.

The Tigers defeated Frontier to win their first state championship in program history. Millis and Millbury also reached the semifinals.
