It might be a good thing that there are two days in between the NEPSAC quarterfinals and semifinals. Because most of the region could use a breather after Wednesday’s action.
There was a lot to process from a thrilling quarterfinal round that featured heart-pounding finishes and unexpected upsets. It also took a toll on my bracket. I only made 13-of-20 correct picks from Class AAA through B Small, though to be fair to me, four of my misses came in one-possession games that were decided by three points or less.
I’m back for another go at it – and now, the stakes are even higher in Saturday’s semifinals. The matchups in this round are intriguing. Most of the favorites are still alive, while several sleepers still lurk. There are also a few exciting rematches from the regular season.
