The top returning boys’ talent in the NHIAA features a bit of everything.
There are senior guards with returning experience as the lead scorers on top Division 1 top teams, such as Bishop Guertin’s Connor McGowan, Portsmouth’s Isaiah Reis, and Bedford's Logan O’Connell.
There is a high-major college prospect in Portsmouth sophomore Derek Swartz, who will only build on his statewide dominance in his second varsity season. There are other emerging young talents primed to break out, such as Pinkerton sophomore Josh Phanor.
In between, there are a number of veteran talents who will become their team’s go-to option — a list that includes Keene senior Jamal Stanley and Trinity senior Jordan Torres, each of whom will anchor Division 1 contenders.
