The dust has settled on a jam-packed second half of grassroots basketball, though more fallout will take place on the recruiting front in the next few weeks, it's time to look at who took charge in the summer months.
We covered our first-half girls stock-risers in late May following the second live period. Since then, we've followed the two July live periods as well as the NEPSAC Scholastic Showcase; though that's not an AAU event, it was a live showcase that similarly helped players shine in front of college coaches.
Our second half stock-risers list includes a wide range of athletes, from nationally-ranked stars to recruits receiving their first offers. It's a mix of players on the rise in the eyes of college or national evaluators (an influx of offers, a big jump in rankings, etc.), plus a few who I personally am higher on after watching more hoops.
Here are 10 players who boosted their stock in June and July.
