A jam-packed two weeks of grassroots basketball concluded Monday the final games of championship tournaments.
New England's girls AAU programs scattered across the East Coast and Midwest regions to play with their respective circuits. The back-to-back live period weekends provided a critical chance for players to impress college coaches in the thick of the recruiting cycle. For the 2026 class, these were also their last runs on the circuit, some playing with teams they had grown up with.
Though so much of AAU coverage is geared towards individual prospects, the teams also spend months practicing and traveling with each other. Championship weekend is a culmination of that experience. Winning brackets or advancing far can also mean a lot to a program's reputation in New England and on the respective circuits.
Here's a look at some of the top team performances from grassroots championship weekend.
