Get your popcorn ready. Sunday’s NEPSAC boys championship slate is going to be appointment viewing.
Saturday’s semifinals didn’t disappoint. Two No. 1 seeds went down as each class featured dramatic finishes, and now, we’re being treated to championship matchups that include exciting rematches, one long-awaited clash and a good old-fashioned rivalry game.
The Class AAA and AA championship games will be played at Western New England University, where we’ll see New Hampton vs. Newman and CATS vs. Worcester Academy. Down the road at Suffield Academy, the Class B championship will pit Rivers against Brooks before the Class A title game between Williston Northampton and Phillips Exeter.
