The final week of the NEPSAC regular season is upon us.
The regular season concludes on Saturday before the playoff brackets get released on Sunday, and there’s plenty to decide over the next several days. I’ll be keeping a close eye on the races particularly inside Classes AA to B, where there are several teams still battling for playoff spots – the top eight in each class make the playoffs – and others are working to solidify their place in the top four of their class, which guarantees at least one home playoff game.
For the teams in our NEPSAC Top 10, a playoff berth has been a foregone conclusion for weeks. The final week of the regular season is about finishing out the schedule strong, getting the best seed possible and fine-tuning some things before the playoffs.
