The first several editions of the NEPSAC boys power rankings were fairly straightforward. There was some minor jostling in the top 10, but nothing major.
Well, those days are over.
Before NEPSAC teams around New England headed out on winter break last week, there were a few, I’ll say, surprising, results. Three teams in my top five went down at the Basketbull event that took place at University of St. Joseph’s – and that created some very difficult decisions in the latest power rankings. I honestly went back and forth a lot with these rankings.
In making my power rankings, I do my best to balance teams’ full body of work with their current form. I fully understand that not everyone will agree with these, but that’s the point: to create debate.
