Fans of New England basketball will be following AJ Dybantsa wherever he goes. The next stop: Hurricane, Utah.
Dybantsa, the consensus top 2025 boys player in the country and a Brockton, Mass., native, is transferring to Utah Prep for his senior season, joining a program that has rapidly ascended among national prep teams.
Dybantsa spent last season in California suiting up for perennial powerhouse Prolific Prep, and the previous two years in the NEPSAC at St. Sebastian’s.
He’s also playing AAU basketball in California this summer with the Oakland Soldiers in the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League.
